Project Details

A Little Information Is Enough To Get Started

You don't need to have every detail figured out. Tell us what you know, what you need help with, and what is currently getting in the way.

01
What do you need?

A new website, ongoing maintenance, help with an existing site, or something else.

02
What are we working with?

If a website already exists, include the site address and any useful background about the current setup.

03
What should happen next?

Explain the result you are hoping for, even if you are not sure how to get there yet.

What happens next

From inquiry to a clear next step

The first conversation is about understanding what you need and whether SwornIT is the right fit for the work.

01 / REVIEW

We look over your request

We review the information you send and identify anything that needs clarification before moving forward.

02 / TALK

We discuss the project

If the request looks like a fit, we talk through the goals, current situation, scope, and practical next steps.

03 / PLAN

We define what comes next

From there, we can outline the work, determine what is needed, and agree on the path forward before anything begins.

Not sure what you need?

You don’t need to know the technical answer before contacting us

“Something is wrong with my website,” “I need a better site,” or “I’m tired of handling updates myself” are all perfectly reasonable places to start. Describe the situation in plain language and we can work from there.

01
New site We can help shape the project from the beginning.
02
Existing site We can review what you already have before recommending a fix.
03
Ongoing help We can discuss a maintenance relationship if regular support makes sense.

A few quick answers

Do I need to know exactly what I need?

No. Explain the problem or goal in your own words. Part of the first conversation is figuring out what kind of work actually makes sense.

Can I contact you about a website you didn’t build?

Yes. Supporting existing websites is a core SwornIT service. The site will need to be reviewed before we can determine what work is practical.

Can I ask about ongoing website maintenance?

Yes. If you want someone to handle updates and ongoing website care, select that option in the form and describe what you currently need.

Should I send website passwords through this form?

No. The initial inquiry should only contain the information needed to understand your request. If account access is needed later, that can be handled separately.
